Refund Policy

At RKDynamic, we are committed to providing high-quality creative and digital services that deliver value to your business. Because our work requires significant time, resources, and planning, we maintain a no-refund policy on all payments once a project, subscription, or service agreement has begun aside from pro-rata. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

Like previously mentioned the only exception to this policy is in the case of pro-rata refunds. If you have prepaid for a service package or subscription and choose to discontinue before the agreed service term has been completed, RKDynamic will issue a partial refund reflecting only the unused portion of the service. Any work already delivered, time already invested, or resources already allocated will not be eligible for a refund. For example, if you purchase a three-month service package and cancel after one month, you may receive a pro-rata refund for the two unused months.

Refunds will never be granted for completed projects, one-time services, or work that has already been delivered in full. Refunds are also not provided for dissatisfaction with creative direction or strategy if the services purchased were performed as described. However, we are always committed to working with you to achieve the best possible results and will make reasonable efforts to address concerns within the scope of the agreed project.

To request a pro-rata refund, please contact us at rowankdynamic@gmail.com with your account details and service agreement information. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and RKDynamic reserves the right to approve or deny requests that fall outside the scope of this policy.

By purchasing from RKDynamic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
