All sales are final, and RKDynamic does not provide refunds, except in the case of pro-rata refunds for unused portions of prepaid services, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Any work already completed, time spent, or resources allocated are non-refundable.

As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate information, timely communication, and necessary approvals. Delays in feedback or content submission may extend project timelines, and RKDynamic is not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances. Until full payment is received, all creative materials remain the property of RKDynamic. Once payment is complete, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you, though we reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to misuse our services or deliverables for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes. RKDynamic reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a project involves illegal activity, hate speech, or unethical practices. While we strive to provide high-quality results, RKDynamic does not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, leads, or revenue, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Some services may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment processors, or social media services, and RKDynamic is not responsible for their outages, errors, or policies.

By continuing to use our site or services after updates are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
